Claudine Townley serves as a Customer Success Manager at BenchPrep, working directly with partners across a variety of industries to support and empower them to become great learning organizations and transform the learning experience for their end-users. Claudine graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York in Oswego with a B.S. in Education and earned her M.S. in Education with a specialization in Literacy and Reading at Capella University. She is a National Board-Certified Teacher and a published author.
